We understand you may not have enough video work to fill up the entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two video requests p/month. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Whatever video we are working on, as long as that video has come to completion you can pause your service. Billing cycles are based on a 30 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 9 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future. Once you restart the service your time will continue and you will be billed at the end of the 9 days. Videos outstanding from the service will not be carried over into the next month it will be up to you to manage your workflow, we will of course be working to your timeline as much as we can. If you would like to pause or god forbid cancel the service, at the bottom of this page you will see client login, login in through there with your details and pause/ cancel the service.

You might be surprised that ConstantCuts is an agency of one. Just a little backstory for you. I started as a photographer way back when. As time has moved on and the creative world went more towards video I have taught myself to edit and shoot video. Starting for elopements and engagements then shooting and editing for my own YouTube channel which brought about the idea to edit full time and ConstantCuts was born. As I take on more clients I will be looking to bring on extra editors and eventually each client gets their own editor to build their style and content with.

ConnstantCuts offers a multitude of ways to share ideas for your videos. The most simple and common way is directly through Trello, sharing google docs, word docs or even recording a brief statement as a short video or audio file. (for those that prefer not typing away) We can communicate through Slack if thats preferred, at the moment the business is in its infancy so once I find an almost prefect way of communicating Im open to sources. Once the first edit is complete, you will be notified to join FRAME.io with a link to view the video and you can timestamp comments and revisions as you see fit, and they will be dealt with on average within 24 hours, as long as its a business day.

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time editor now exceeds €40,000. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilise. With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your editor when you have work available for them.

Video is a tricky one, and even a simple edit takes time. Dependent on the complexity of the requirement, 24-72 hours is where we aim to get the first edit out for your review. Afterwards, revisions are dealt with on average within 24 hours.

If you are using the single video service and the Super Creator, then yes there are 2 rounds of revisions allowed. But if you are on the Crazy Creator plan, there's no need to check the amount of revisions. We will keep editing your video till you're happy.

Our editors are very skilled and as long your revisions are clear and concise Im sure this will never come up. But in the case it does, please understand that video editing is a very time consuming process and thus the editor will have put a lot of time into the video and thus deserves to be paid.
